What we collect
To process your applications, PESO Hinigaran collects your name, contact details, birthdate, address, and program-specific requirements you submit (e.g. school ID, barangay certificate). We collect only what each program legally requires.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to register your account, evaluate and process your program applications, contact you about your application status, and generate anonymized statistics for reporting to DOLE and the Municipality of Hinigaran.
How it's protected
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Access to applicant data is restricted to authorized PESO administrators only, and all account and data access is logged.
Your rights under RA 10173
You have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct inaccurate data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to request erasure or blocking of your data. You can manage your consent and request deletion anytime from your Data Privacy settings once logged in.
Retention
Application records are retained for as long as needed to administer the relevant program and to comply with DOLE reporting requirements, after which they are securely disposed of.
